Ask yourself these three questions

  1. 1

    How old is your unit?

Air conditioners and heat pumps tend to have a lifespan of 10-12 years. Furnaces usually last 15-20 years. If your system is older, it’s probably time to replace your system.

  2. 2

Are your energy bills too high?

Older systems are usually less efficient than newer systems. Replacing your current heating and cooling system with a more efficient system can help lower your utility bills.

  3. 3

Are you ready to make an investment?

Installing a new system costs more upfront, but it can provide long-term savings. Our financing options can make the investment manageable for any income.

Financial Tip: Follow the $5,000 Rule

Take the age of the equipment and multiply that by the estimated repair cost.

If the number is more than $5,000, then you should consider replacing your unit.

For Example

A unit that is 10 years old with $300 in repairs is $3,000. It’s financially responsible to make those repairs.

A unit that is 10 years old with $600 in repairs is $6,000. You should consider purchasing a new unit for the long-term benefits.
